How do I add an account?

Click “Add mail account”, enter a name and the HTTPS address of your webmail, or pick a quick shortcut. Sign in on the page that opens.

I do not get notifications.

Allow notifications for Mail++ in your system settings. Also turn on desktop notifications on the mailbox website itself. The “Test system notification” button checks only the system side.

The unread count is missing or shows “?”.

Unread counts work on mailbox pages Mail++ recognizes. A custom address or an unrecognized page shows the count as unknown.

The count does not match my new messages.

The reminder is based on the Inbox unread number. It can rise if you mark a message unread, and it may not rise if you read one message while another arrives. It cannot match every single new message.

How do I delete my data?

Remove the account in Mail++. Its local sign-in data is deleted from your device.

Is there a Windows version?

It is planned. macOS comes first.
